WEFLY (Qifei Aviation) is a Chinese urban air mobility company founded in 2022 in Suzhou that develops and operates electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Its flagship W280 crewed eVTOL first flew in July 2025 and entered Chinas type-certification process in September 2026, and in late 2025 the company signed purchase-intent agreements for 105 W280-series aircraft with three Greater Bay Area operators for urban logistics use. WEFLY works with AVIC subsidiaries on flight-control and avionics systems and is backed by investors including INCE Capital, Linear Capital and Suzhou Innovation Investment Group.
