The Site currently provides a pre-launch landing page where you can join a launch list, and a public directory referencing AI tooling resources such as skills, servers, and related repositories (the "Directory"). The Services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

We are actively developing additional products and features. When we introduce new functionality, including any paid products or user accounts, additional or updated terms may apply, and we will make those available before you use those features.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

If you join our launch list, you consent to receive emails from us about availability, updates, and related news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you provide.

The Directory references tools, servers, repositories, and other resources created and maintained by third parties. We provide this information for convenience and discovery only.

We do not create, own, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party tool, server, repository, or other resource listed in the Directory.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, safety, quality, legality, or availability of any listed resource, including any labels such as "official," "verified," install counts, or scores, which are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Your use of any third-party resource is at your own risk and is governed by that third party's own terms and licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

If you are a rights holder and believe a Directory listing infringes your rights, contact us at the email address in Section 13 below and we will review the request.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means except as expressly permitted;
• Introduce malware or any harmful code; or
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms or whose use we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Site or others.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "VeilStrat" name and branding, is owned by VeilStrat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

Third-party content referenced in the Directory remains the property of its respective owners.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING DIRECTORY LISTINGS) IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEILSTRAT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeilStrat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VeilStrat regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
