Tare is a Brooklyn-based fintech building blockchain-based infrastructure for private credit markets. Its platform creates digital records of loans and automates the back-office work of originating, servicing and investing in credit, connecting loan originators and institutional investors through a shared, auditable system built on the Avalanche blockchain. Founded in late 2023 by credit and crypto veterans Kevin Miao, Keerthi Moudgal and Lucas Vogelsang, the company also operates Tare Credit LLC, a licensed U.S. consumer lender.
