Sharp is a Brazilian sales-enablement startup founded in late 2025 by Joao Ribeiro and Octavio Garbi. Its AI platform captures and analyses in-person, field and WhatsApp sales conversations, scores them against the team playbook, surfaces the behaviours behind closed deals, and lets reps rehearse negotiations against an AI-simulated buyer with feedback afterwards. Rather than running as pure SaaS, it pairs the software with sales specialists during client rollout and is in a testing phase with 10 clients across industrial, distribution, education, insurance and automotive sectors, including Loft, Bid Brasil and Energisa.
