S-Transistors

S-Transistors is an Espoo, Finland-based deep-tech startup spun out of VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, co-founded by CEO Dr. Heorhii Bohuslavskyi and CTO Dr. Andrey Generalov. It develops a new class of superconducting transistors that combine high-speed switching with the ultra-low power dissipation of superconductors — patent-pending and already demonstrated at wafer scale — to bring control and signal-routing electronics into the cryogenic environment of quantum computers. Its first product is a cryogenic multiplexer for existing cryogenic setups, a stepping stone toward its quantum motherboard platform for scaling cryogenic quantum computers, with longer-term applications in energy-efficient classical computing, AI and HPC hardware, spacecraft electronics, and particle detectors.
