OrderEAT is a Latin American school-canteen platform that replaces cash, queues and paper records with digital ordering and payments: parents top up a closed-loop wallet and track purchases from an app, while cafeteria operators run point-of-sale, menus, inventory and reporting from one system. Founded in Uruguay by Matias Craviotto, Luis Pedro Carrero and Juan Manuel Rodriguez, who launched the first product in 2019 and relocated to Mexico in 2023, the company serves more than 600 schools and over 250,000 active students across ten Latin American countries, with Mexico its largest market. Cafeterias on the platform report faster checkout lines, higher sales and less food waste, and the company targets one million students within 18 months.
