MOA Foodtech (MOA Biotech S.L.) is a Spanish biotechnology company that produces next-generation functional ingredients by fermenting agrifood byproducts and side streams with proprietary non-GMO yeast strains, guided by its patented AI platform Albatros, which matches microorganisms to feedstocks and optimises fermentation conditions in near real time. Its ingredient portfolio spans MOA Q5, a multifunctional egg replacer and emulsifier for sauces and bakery, MOA Yeast, a taste, texture and nutrition booster, and MOA Yeast FeG for pet food and animal nutrition, produced by a CDMO partner in Spain and sold as biomass powders directly to food and pet food manufacturers through an in-house sales team.
