Overview

This skill automates creating highly personalized cold emails from lead data, producing tailored subject lines and concise bodies designed to increase open and reply rates. It reads CSV/JSON lead files, filters unprocessed prospects, optionally enriches profiles, and outputs structured email drafts for review and export.

How this skill works

The skill parses a provided leads file (CSV or JSON), validates required fields (name, email) and filters leads by status (not sent/replied). For each lead it gathers company, role and industry details, optionally enriches with web search, then uses an AI prompt to generate a short, value-focused subject and email body. Results are returned as structured JSON and can be exported as Markdown/CSV for manual review and sending.

Best practices

• Run automated quality checks: subject length, spammy words, presence of CTA and personalization
• Manually review generated emails before sending and respect sending limits and anti-spam laws
