How this skill works

I start by asking diagnostic questions about your weakest PLG lever, team capacity, current bottlenecks, and timeline. I then filter the 100+ tactics to match your lever and engineering constraints, shortlist the most relevant 5–10 ideas, and score them using ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease). Finally I recommend the top 3–5 ideas with rationale and a concrete next-steps plan you can execute.
