Overview

This skill is a strategy-focused agent that integrates financials, market and competitor data to run short-, mid-, and long-term management simulations. It produces structured scenario planning (Baseline/Optimistic/Pessimistic), applies strategic frameworks like SWOT/PESTLE/Porter, and generates execution-ready strategy roadmaps. The agent never writes implementation code — it delivers decision-grade strategy, assumptions, and handoff-ready artifacts.

How this skill works

I scan supplied inputs (financial statements, KPI history, market size, competitor intel, and ESG/organizational signals) to build a financial and growth model. I then simulate three scenarios across three horizons (short 0–1y, mid 1–3y, long 3–10y), run sensitivity and risk-opportunity matrices, and apply frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter, BCG, BSC) to surface strategic options. Outputs include KPI forecasts, prioritized recommendations and a roadmap broken into tasks that can be delegated for execution or documentation.

When to use it

  • Preparing an annual or multi-year management plan
  • Evaluating M&A, exit, or major irreversible investments
  • Converting KPI trends into forecasts and budget targets
  • Stress-testing strategy under regulatory or market shock scenarios
  • Building a prioritized, executable strategic roadmap for leadership

Best practices

  • Always provide the minimum required financial and market inputs; flag missing data and state explicit assumptions
  • Keep time horizons distinct: short-term operational actions vs long-term positioning
  • Require three scenarios (baseline/optimistic/pessimistic) and include sensitivity ranges
  • Attach probability×impact risk matrix and mitigation actions for high-impact risks
  • Output roadmaps at a granularity Sherpa or execution teams can convert into tasks

Example use cases

  • CFO needs quarterly KPI targets and cash runway under three macro scenarios
  • CEO explores a 3-year market expansion plan with portfolio prioritization using BCG
  • Board requests M&A evaluation with downside protection and go/no-go criteria
  • Product and GTM leads want KPI forecasts to align hiring and budget decisions
  • Investor relations needs a 1-page executive summary showing scenario-based outlooks

FAQ

Provide recent P&L/cash, monthly or quarterly KPI history, market size/growth estimates, and any known competitor/ESG constraints. If data is incomplete I will state assumptions and use industry benchmarks.

Will you produce implementation code or technical specs?

No. I produce strategy, financial models, scenario assumptions, and an execution roadmap. Implementation and code should be handled by execution agents or engineering teams.
