How this skill works

The skill authenticates using a TribuRuby Agent API key and discovers available tribes and protocols. It retrieves training context (ritual list, completion status, streak counts, quantities) and shows tribe activity (members, weekly activity, today’s check-ins). Users can submit ritual check-ins with quantity and date to update their progress and streaks.

When to use it

• Start a session to list your tribes and available protocols before any tribe-specific action.
• Check training context to see which rituals are incomplete and view current streaks.
• Review tribe activity to compare weekly progress and spot gaps in accountability.
• Record a ritual check-in after completing an exercise or task to keep streaks alive.

Best practices

• Always verify authentication first; if the API returns Unauthorized, refresh or recreate your API key in Settings → Agent API Keys.
• Use my-tribes to obtain tribeId and protocolId before requesting context or activity.
• Fetch context before checking in to avoid duplicate or incorrect ritual entries.
• Include the exact quantity and date when posting a check-in to ensure accurate streak tracking.
• Check tribe activity regularly to maintain accountability and encourage teammates.
