Overview

This skill generates a ready-to-publish social media content pack from a project's PRD or README. It produces three pieces — a LinkedIn post, a Reddit answer draft, and a Twitter/X thread — formatted to match platform norms and a messaging framework. Use it to turn product specs into concise promotional copy quickly.

How this skill works

The skill parses the project PRD or README to extract problem, solution, ICP, key features, unique angle, and any social proof. It derives a simple messaging framework (hook, proof, CTA, tone) and then composes the three platform-specific pieces with recommended structure, length limits, and distribution suggestions. Output is written as a content-pack markdown file and a short summary is printed.

When to use it

• When you say: "create content", "write LinkedIn post", "social media pack", "marketing copy", or "promotion content"
• When you have a PRD, docs/prd.md, or a detailed README to source messaging
• When launching a feature, release, or product beta and need quick drafts
• When you need platform-specific tone and format (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X)

Best practices

• Provide a detailed PRD with clear problem, ICP, and differentiators for best results
• Run after updates to PRD to refresh messaging; the tool references research.md if present
• Review and edit drafts for compliance and brand voice before publishing
• Use the Reddit draft as a value-first answer and include the optional disclosure if you built the product
• For video scripts, use the dedicated video-promo flow instead of this skill
