Overview

This skill delivers a focused morning briefing to your Telegram so you start the day with a clear, prioritized plan. It reads your TASKS.md and memory files, synthesizes top priorities, highlights a quick win and any blockers, then sends a short actionable message. The result is less decision fatigue and a faster start to the workday.

How this skill works

The skill loads your TASKS.md plus memory files (MEMORY.md, projects.md, recent notes) in parallel and scans for pending items, urgent deadlines, and blockers. It ranks tasks to produce the top three priorities, picks one quick win under 30 minutes, and notes any items requiring direct input. Finally it composes a punchy sub-400-character briefing and posts it to your Telegram chat using your bot token and chat ID.

When to use it

  • Every workday at the start of your day to remove morning decision overhead
  • Before focused work blocks to confirm highest-impact tasks
  • When you want a single-line checklist to hand off to a teammate or leave as daily context
  • If you track tasks and context in simple Markdown files like TASKS.md and MEMORY.md

Best practices

  • Keep TASKS.md and memory files up to date so the briefing reflects true priorities
  • Store TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID in environment variables for secure delivery
  • Keep each task line short and action-oriented to fit the punchy message format
  • Configure cron or your agent scheduler to run at a consistent morning time (e.g., 7:00)
  • Customize pipeline checks to surface time-sensitive automation like deployments or revenue runs

Example use cases

  • Daily personal productivity: get three prioritized tasks and a quick win each morning
  • Small team lead: send a concise plan so the team knows what to start on first
  • Freelancer workflow: surface urgent client items and blockers before calls
  • Content creators: include pipeline status for publishing and promotion tasks
