How this skill works

The skill loads your TASKS.md plus memory files (MEMORY.md, projects.md, recent notes) in parallel and scans for pending items, urgent deadlines, and blockers. It ranks tasks to produce the top three priorities, picks one quick win under 30 minutes, and notes any items requiring direct input. Finally it composes a punchy sub-400-character briefing and posts it to your Telegram chat using your bot token and chat ID.

When to use it

• Every workday at the start of your day to remove morning decision overhead
• Before focused work blocks to confirm highest-impact tasks
