Overview

This skill is an AI executive assistant that manages phone calls, email, bookings, research, errands, and multi-channel messaging on your behalf. It provisions and manages phone numbers, handles inbound call routing and voicemails, and automates tasks like reservations, bill disputes, rides, and food orders. Use natural language commands to create goals and let the assistant coordinate actions across channels. The CLI returns machine-readable JSON by default and supports human-friendly output when requested.

How this skill works

You give a single natural language command (ask) or use domain-specific subcommands for precise control. The coordination engine interprets intent, creates goals, and executes actions across calls, inbound reception, phone provisioning, email, calendar, bookings, search, and outreach. Authentication opens a browser for Google/Apple sign-in and tokens are stored locally; actions consume credits tracked by a credits API. Command output is JSON by default; add --human for formatted summaries.

When to use it

  • Book or reschedule appointments, restaurants, hotels, or calendar events
  • Make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, or run an AI receptionist
  • Provision phone numbers, set forwarding, or manage caller ID
  • Send and manage emails, check inboxes, and train voice profiles
  • Run research or find local services and negotiate quotes
  • Automate errands: rides, food orders, bill disputes, or multi-step goals

Best practices

  • Prefer natural language via the ask command for multi-step or coordination tasks
  • Use domain subcommands when you need deterministic control (calls, phone, actions)
  • Monitor goals and approve budgets using coord and budget subcommands
  • Check credits frequently (credits balance) before high-cost actions
  • Connect email and channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) beforehand for full functionality
  • Use transcripts and recordings to audit outbound and inbound calls

Example use cases

  • Ask: "Book a table at Nobu for 4 tonight" and let the assistant handle calling and confirmation
  • Provision a US phone number, set forwarding, and create inbound routing rules for reception
  • Run outreach: call, email, and message a list of prospects and review call transcripts
  • Analyze a bill, open a dispute, and schedule follow-up actions in calendar
  • Order food and a ride, coordinate pickup, and notify your calendar and inbox

FAQ

Actions consume credits. Check current balance with credits balance; the CLI shows credit costs and usage history.

What if email is not connected?

Connect an email provider with email connect before trying to send, read, or manage messages; missing connection returns error email_not_connected.
