How this skill works

Each run produces exactly five insights, each with theme, specific actionable insight, why it works, a 24-hour experiment, and a failure/misuse note. The skill compares new output to recent entries in a lightweight memory ledger to avoid repetition and forces at least three new angles compared to the last three runs. It appends a compact run log describing themes used, a novelty score, repeats avoided, and one improvement to pursue next run.
