How this skill works

It fetches an image from user storage or random cat APIs, generates or retrieves TTS audio for the cat sound, selects a short healing quote in the detected language, and composes a multi-part reply (textual cat sound, TTS audio link, image/media). Platform-specific media formatting and fallbacks (text+emoji) ensure the message reaches the user even when media fails.
