Overview

This skill runs a multi-agent AI meeting that debates a user topic from multiple expert perspectives and produces a structured, actionable meeting record. Throw in a topic and 3–5 specialist agents — including a mandatory Devil agent — will argue, challenge assumptions, and deliver clear conclusions and next steps. It’s optimized for business reviews, strategy, brainstorming, decision checks, and risk analysis.

How this skill works

On topic submission the system conducts automated web searches to assemble briefing notes (market data, competitors, news) and selects 3–5 expert agent roles based on the topic. The meeting runs in three debate rounds: initial analyses, direct rebuttals/depth, and agreement plus action items, with the Devil agent forced to raise at least one sharp counterargument each round. Outputs include a sprint summary or full transcript, a compact conclusions section, and specific, time-bound action items with owners.

When to use it

  • You want multiple expert perspectives or a devil’s-advocate review of an idea.
  • Preparing a go/no-go business decision and need market numbers and risks.
  • Running a focused strategy session or execution plan for next steps.
  • Brainstorming product concepts while forcing tough reality checks.
  • Requesting a prioritized list of concrete action items from a discussion.

Best practices

  • Provide a clear topic and desired meeting type (business review, strategy, brainstorm).
  • Attach any prior context or previous meeting notes to enable continuity.
  • Choose Sprint mode for fast decisions or Full mode for in-depth debate and transcript.
  • Treat the Devil’s comments as stress tests; use them to surface hidden assumptions.
  • Use the action items and owners section to convert insights into immediate work.

Example use cases

  • Early-stage founder: validate market size, competitor threats, and go/no-go.
  • Product manager: compare three feature prioritization options with data-backed risks.
  • Marketing lead: brainstorm campaign ideas while testing for customer resonance and pitfalls.
  • Executive team: rehearse investor Q&A with a simulated tough investor interruption.
  • Risk officer: map top operational risks and assign mitigations with deadlines.

FAQ

The agents run web searches and cite sources when presenting numbers; always verify critical figures against primary documents provided.

Can I continue a prior meeting's context?

Yes — the system automatically carries forward previous agreements, outstanding actions, and unresolved issues for continuous sessions.
