Overview

This skill creates practical, executable travel and business trip itineraries with China-focused defaults. I produce day-by-day time blocks ready for calendar import and only cite external facts with source links and local timestamps. I avoid guessing: when I must use external data I give sources or clearly state when reliable data isn't available.

How this skill works

I first align on up to three key questions (origin/destination, dates, and priority: save time / save money / keep it relaxed). I generate a clear structure: trip overview, core assumptions, daily calendar-style time blocks, intercity transit notes with sources, a budget sketch, Plan B options, and a collected source list. I only check external facts when needed and always add the source and its local-time stamp.

When to use it

  • When you need a multi-day travel plan or local day-trip schedule
  • When you have fixed items (flights, trains, meetings, dinner) to fit into a calendar
  • When you need a business-trip agenda that can be imported into a calendar
  • When you want two pace options (relaxed vs packed) to compare
  • When you want source-verified times/prices/policies included

Best practices

  • Answer the 3 key questions first: start/end locations, travel dates, and priority
  • Provide essential constraints (people count, mobility limits, earliest/latest activity times) to avoid follow-ups
  • Confirm before I write events into your calendar; default is to only provide the plan
  • I’ll give two versions (Light / Intensive) unless you ask for one
  • I will not pick hotels or room types—ask separately if you want hotel selection

Example use cases

  • Create a 4-day Beijing leisure itinerary with daily time blocks and transit between attractions
  • Fit an incoming flight, two client meetings, and an evening dinner into a 2-day business trip plan
  • Plan a weekend outbound train trip with transfer suggestions and a Plan B for rain
  • Convert your confirmed appointments into calendar events after you reply ‘confirm’
  • Provide a conservative budget split into transport, tickets, local transit and meals

FAQ

Not until you explicitly confirm. I’ll ask for confirmation; reply ‘confirm’ and I will write the events and set reminders.

Do you book tickets or hotels?

No. I prepare executable schedules and cite sources for times/prices. Booking and hotel selection are separate steps.
