Overview
This skill guides you through a 7-part brand strategy framework for building clear, defensible brand foundations used by top agencies. It walks you sequentially from Brand Truth to Measurement so every recommendation ties back to core identity and business outcomes. Use it to create a stakeholder-ready brand strategy document or to audit and improve an existing strategy.
How this skill works
I run a structured, phase-by-phase workflow: ask targeted discovery questions, synthesize responses, and produce a concise output artifact for each phase before moving on. Each phase produces a specific deliverable (Brand Truth, Audience Personas, Positioning, Messaging, Visual Principles, Channel Matrix, Measurement Dashboard). At the end I compile a one-page executive summary plus the full brand strategy document suitable for presentation.
