Overview

This skill analyzes health data over a chosen time range to surface trends, correlations, and potential risks. It combines multi-dimensional signals—weight/BMI, symptoms, medication adherence, lab results, mood and sleep—to produce data-driven insights and an interactive HTML visualization. Outputs highlight worrying trends, improvements, and actionable next steps. Reports are intended for informational use and not as medical diagnoses.

How this skill works

The skill ingests local health records (profile, symptoms, mood, diet, medication logs, labs, cycle/pregnancy/menopause trackers) and filters them by user-specified time range (default: last 3 months). It runs time-series analyses, change-point detection, and correlation tests (Pearson/Spearman) to detect trends and relationships. Results are summarized in a concise text report and an optional standalone HTML with interactive ECharts visualizations. It flags significant changes and generates risk-aware recommendations while including a clear disclaimer.

When to use it

  • When you ask "What changed in my health over the past period?"
  • To review weight/BMI trends and their drivers
  • To investigate symptom frequency, triggers, or cycles
  • To assess medication adherence patterns and their impact
  • To track lab value trends (cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure)
  • To explore links between sleep, mood, and symptoms

Best practices

  • Provide an explicit time range (default is last 3 months) for clearer results
  • Ensure at least one month of consistent records for meaningful trend detection
  • Keep medication logs and lab reports up to date for correlation analysis
  • Review flagged issues with a clinician; this tool informs but does not diagnose
  • Use the interactive HTML report to share clear visualizations with care teams

Example use cases

  • Generate a 3-month health summary showing weight, labs, symptoms, and mood trends
  • Analyze whether a newly started medication coincides with symptom improvement
  • Detect sudden weight loss or gain and receive threshold alerts
  • Correlate nightly sleep duration with daily mood scores to guide behavioral changes
  • Produce an HTML report to share trend charts with a healthcare provider

FAQ

No. The skill provides data-driven insights and risk flags but does not replace professional medical advice.

What data is required for analysis?

At minimum, recent entries for the dimension you want analyzed. For robust trend and correlation analysis, one to three months of regular records is recommended.
