Overview
This skill applies Alex Hormozi’s $100M Money Models to design, evaluate, and improve Skool community monetization strategies. It combines a CAC-driven stage diagnosis, 30-day cash maximization math, and sequential implementation to deliver concrete, testable roadmaps. The output includes exact Skool settings, pricing structures, and step-by-step setup instructions to maximize revenue per customer in the first 30 days.
How this skill works
I diagnose your business stage (1–5) using Customer Acquisition Cost versus 30-day revenue, then calculate the 30-day cash gap and recommend 1–2 Hormozi mechanisms to close it. All financial validation uses deterministic math functions so projections are presented as conservative/realistic/optimistic ranges. Finally, I produce a Skool-specific implementation roadmap with exact tier, classroom, and one-time purchase settings plus a 30–60 day test plan and metrics.
When to use it
- Designing a new Skool community monetization model from scratch
- Validating whether pricing and one-time offers will fund CAC in 30 days
- Choosing which Hormozi mechanisms to implement next based on stage
- Creating step-by-step Skool setup instructions for tiers and classroom buy-now products
- Front-loading cash with one-time purchases to hit short-term cash targets
Best practices
- Implement only 1–2 mechanisms at a time: simple scales, fancy fails
- Always validate stage and 30-day cash maths before recommending mechanisms
- Use classroom one-time purchases to front-load revenue alongside group-level tiers
- Present financials as ranges (conservative/realistic/optimistic), not single-point forecasts
- Automate a winning mechanism fully before adding the next
Example use cases
- You pay $150 CAC and need to know if a $497 course plus a $27/month tier hits 2× CAC in 30 days
- You run a free Skool group and want a step-by-step plan to add a Buy-Now classroom product
- You have a subscription model but low first-30-day cash—identify a short-term upsell to bridge the gap
- You want a prioritized, implementable sequence (mechanism → automation → next mechanism) for scaling revenue
- You need exact Skool settings for tier unlocks, prorated upgrades, and buy-now product configuration
FAQ
No. I provide validated frameworks, pricing guidance, and ranges for projections; I do not guarantee conversion rates or outcomes.
Will you recommend more than two mechanisms at once?
No. Recommendations are limited to 1–2 mechanisms to keep tests clean and reliable; we add more only after consistent results.
