Overview
This skill analyzes viral videos and recreates them with your products or characters using NanoBanana Pro for images and Kling 2.6 for short video clips. It guides you step-by-step, logging progress to Airtable and enforcing checkpoints so you approve each generation phase. The workflow includes scene breakdown (SEALCaM), prompt creation, image generation, video animation, music generation, and final assembly.
How this skill works
I first analyze the reference video into discrete scenes using the SEALCaM framework (Subject, Environment, Action, Lighting, Camera, Metatokens). For each scene I draft image and motion prompts, show estimated costs, then generate images with NanoBanana Pro and turn them into 5–10 second clips with Kling 2.6. Every asset and prompt is logged to Airtable; I pause for explicit approval at every checkpoint and never auto-retry failed Kie.ai jobs without your consent.
When to use it
- Recreate viral ads with your product or mascot
- Localize or rebrand short-form content for social platforms
- Prototype attention-grabbing clips for A/B testing
- Generate variations of an influencer clip with different props
- Turn static product photos into animated short clips
Best practices
- Provide a clear 5–15 second reference video and a high-quality product image
- Approve each checkpoint explicitly — I will not proceed without "Yes" or "Proceed"
- Expect image cost $0.09 each, video $0.28 (5s) or $0.56 (10s), music ≈ $0.10 — I always show costs before generating
- Use descriptive SEALCaM details to improve prompt fidelity (lighting, camera angle, metatokens)
- Check Kie.ai job status yourself if a generation reports an error before retrying
Example use cases
- Swap a coffee cup in a viral clip for your beverage bottle, preserving action and camera moves
- Turn a popular pet clip into branded content by adding your character and product overlays
- Create multiple localized versions of a 10s ad by changing on-screen text and props
- Produce short motion ads from a single product image for Instagram Reels or TikTok testing
- Batch-generate scene assets for iterative creative optimization and rapid A/B experiments
FAQ
I stop after each major phase and ask for an explicit approval phrase like "Yes" or "Proceed" before continuing. Parameter changes are not treated as approval to run the whole pipeline.
What if Kie.ai returns an error?
I will stop, explain the error in simple terms, and present options: retry (costs again), check kie.ai jobs manually, or skip the scene. I never auto-retry.
