This skill discovers and lists recently modified or created files in Google Drive, returning a professional, scannable table with metadata and short summaries. It defaults to the last 24 hours but accepts custom timeframes (hours, days, weeks). The output highlights recent activity, key changes (new folders, shared updates, SNMG18 Meeting Minutes), and provides direct Drive links for quick access.

How this skill works

The skill queries Drive for files modified or created within a specified timeframe, excluding trashed items, and sorts results by most-recent activity. It returns a structured table with file name, type, modification timestamp (Asia/Singapore timezone), a 30-word summary, owner, and a direct link. If results exceed 100 matches, the skill returns the top 20 and notes the total count.

• Check what changed in my Drive since I last worked
• Find files created or edited in the last 24 hours (or custom timeframe)

Best practices

• Specify a clear timeframe when you need more than the default 24 hours (e.g., "last 3 hours" or "last week").
• Use owner or type filters to narrow results for busy Drives (e.g., only Sheets or Docs).
• Request timezone override only if you need local times other than Asia/Singapore.
• Refine the timeframe if you see a note about additional undisplayed files (100+ results).
• Treat the 30-word summaries as quick context; open files for full details.
