Overview

This skill generates a concise, audit-ready customer brief combining internal touchpoints, deliverables, and public external intelligence for a named account. It produces an executive summary, recent communications, upcoming meetings, file deliverables, risks/opportunities, and an audit log. The output fits executive consumption and audit requirements.

How this skill works

It inspects the last 14 days of accessible internal communications, the account calendar, shared drive items (via list-files), and public web/news sources. It normalizes times to the account timezone, annotates owners and dates, scores sentiment confidence, and compiles an audit trail of queries, connectors, and keywords. It enforces row limits and formats deliverables for quick review and follow-up.

When to use it

• Pre-call preparation for account directors, CSMs, or executive sponsors
• Before executive or renewal meetings with an account
• When triaging escalation or onboarding readiness for a named customer
• To produce an audit-friendly snapshot for leadership or handoffs

Best practices

• Confirm account name/ID and primary timezone before starting
• Restrict research window to last 14 days unless user requests extension
• Separate internal vs external signals and annotate owners and sources
• Limit tables to seven rows and keep summaries ≤40 words
• Log connectors, keywords, filters, and any manual overrides in the audit log
