How this skill works

The skill organizes templates by category (DSRs, discovery holds, privacy, vendor questions, NDAs, subpoenas, insurance) and fills variable placeholders with user-provided facts. Before producing a final draft, it checks for universal and category-specific escalation triggers and, if detected, stops and recommends escalation with a labeled draft for counsel review. It also generates metadata and follow-up checklists to support review and tracking.
