This MCP server enables Claude to access Kindred Offers in real time, surfacing relevant deals, coupons, and offers as you shop online. It connects securely to a remote MCP endpoint and returns shopping-promoting data when you request help with deals or product recommendations.

How to use

Once you have the Kindred Offers MCP server set up, you can simply ask Claude for shopping assistance or recommendations. Claude will connect to the Kindred Offers MCP server in the background and present relevant offers and discount codes as you browse.

Prerequisites you need before enabling the MCP server:

Ensure you have an active Claude subscription and an internet connection.
In Claude, open Settings and navigate to Integrations.
Add a new MCP server named Kindred Offers with the endpoint shown below.
Save your settings.

The MCP endpoint you should configure is the following URL:

https://mcp.kindred.co/mcp/sse

Configuration and usage notes

When setup succeeds, you should see the Kindred Offers MCP server appear as an active integration in Claude’s Integrations panel. The integration operates in the background and does not require you to manually enable each query.

Initial prompts may ask for permission to access external services. You can choose “Allow always” to enable seamless use of Kindred Offers in future sessions.

Troubleshooting and tips

Common issues you might encounter include connection errors, no offers appearing, or slight delays during peak traffic. Check your internet connection and ensure the MCP endpoint URL is entered exactly as shown.

If you encounter delays, try again after a short interval or during off-peak hours. Some retailers may not have active offers in Kindred Offers’ data set at all times.

If you are prompted for permission on first use, select “Allow always” to enable ongoing access to Kindred Offers.
