Brazilian Cybersecurity Firm Vultus Raises R$8M in Seed Funding

Vultus, a Brazilian cybersecurity company headquartered in São Paulo, has raised R$8 million in a seed funding round. The round was announced on August 31, 2026, though the lead investor was not disclosed.

Vultus was created in 2024 from the merger of GC Security and Trust Cybersecurity, originally backed by the Falconi consulting group. The company combines specialized security consulting with proprietary software, operating across offensive security, vulnerability and exposure management, SOC and threat intelligence, and governance (GRC).

Its flagship product, Ares, is an AI-driven penetration-testing platform within the Olympus suite. Ares simulates attacks against client systems to surface vulnerabilities before criminals can exploit them. The company serves large enterprises in finance, telecom, retail, and industry, including clients such as Unidas, Arezzo, and MV.

The seed funding will likely be used to accelerate product development, expand market reach, and strengthen Vultus's position in the cybersecurity landscape. With the increasing frequency and sophistication of cyber threats, Vultus's offerings are timely and relevant for organizations seeking to bolster their security posture.

This investment marks a significant milestone for Vultus as it continues to grow and innovate in the cybersecurity sector.
