JustSolve Raises €3M Pre-Seed Led by Base10 Partners for Agentic AI Debt Collection

JustSolve Secures €3M Pre-Seed to Automate Credit Management

JustSolve, a Milan-based startup founded in 2024, has raised €3 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Vento Ventures, Entourage, Ithaca Investment, 2100 Ventures, and a group of angel investors including Gianluca Cocco, Paolo Fois, Joe Zadeh, Marco Ogliengo, Silvia Wang, Daniele Francescon, Tim Collins, Matteo Frigerio, Nicola Pivaro, and Carlo Alberto Gaetaniello.

What JustSolve Does

JustSolve builds agentic AI infrastructure for credit management and debt collection. Its platform automates the pre-legal recovery lifecycle end to end — omnichannel contact via email, phone, messaging and mail, adaptive negotiation, payment planning and legal escalation — without human involvement.

The company was created through Vento's Reef venture-building program. It serves buy-now-pay-later providers, e-commerce companies and utilities, including Scalapay. According to the company, it has processed more than 2 million claims and reported 3x quarter-over-quarter growth in its first year.

Why It Matters

Debt collection remains a labor-intensive, compliance-sensitive function. JustSolve's approach replaces manual outreach and negotiation with an AI-driven system that can operate across multiple communication channels and escalate to legal action when needed. For acquirers, the company sits at the intersection of fintech infrastructure and applied AI — a combination that has attracted significant strategic interest.

Acquisition Angle

The involvement of Base10 Partners and Vento Ventures signals institutional backing at an early stage.
