Scaffold Raises $15M Seed Led by Navitas Capital to Streamline Residential Construction Coordination
Scaffold Secures $15M Seed Round
Scaffold, an Austin, Texas-based construction-technology company, has raised $15 million in Seed funding. The round was led by Navitas Capital and included participation from Stage 2 Capital, D.R. Horton, Zhuzhou Industrial Investment Group (株洲产投), PulteGroup, Windsor America, Grid Capital, Home Technology Ventures, and Ivy Zelman. The funding was announced on September 15, 2026.
What Scaffold Does
Founded in 2024 by Ben Johnson and Robert Eanes, Scaffold connects to the portals and systems that homebuilders already use — including 29 of the top 30 U.S. builders. The platform uses AI to translate fragmented job, purchase-order, and scheduling data into a single current record for specialty trade contractors and suppliers.
By automating coordination work such as purchase-order entry and schedule syncing, Scaffold aims to reduce manual back-office work, errors, and wasted crew trips across residential construction.
Why It Matters
Residential construction coordination often involves multiple disconnected systems and manual data entry. Scaffold's approach targets these pain points by creating a unified, real-time record that can help contractors and suppliers stay aligned with builder schedules and purchase orders. The involvement of major homebuilders like D.R. Horton and PulteGroup as investors suggests strong industry interest in solving these coordination challenges.

What's Next
