Falcon raises EUR 1.5M pre-seed for AI-native law firm
Falcon Secures EUR 1.5 Million Pre-Seed Funding
Falcon, an AI-native law firm based in Ghent and Brussels, has raised EUR 1.5 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Syndicate One and included participation from RDY Ventures, Stelena Capital, Greenpark Investment Partners, Source Ventures, and Tim Vandecasteele.
What Falcon Does
Falcon combines Falcon AI, a technology platform, and Falcon Law, the law firm that signs off on the work. Clients submit commercial contracts such as NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, and customer and vendor agreements through Slack or Microsoft Teams. The AI reviews them against a client-specific playbook, and a qualified lawyer returns a signed-off result the same day. The service is offered under flat monthly memberships ranging from EUR 1,000 to EUR 5,000.
Team and Traction
Falcon was founded by the team behind Mbrella (acquired by D'Ieteren) together with former Freshfields lawyer Remy Bonnaffe. The company counts Loop Earplugs among its paying customers.

Acquisition Perspective
Falcon operates at the intersection of legal services and AI automation, targeting commercial contract review with a hybrid model that pairs AI with qualified legal oversight. The flat-fee membership model and integration into Slack and Microsoft Teams position it for recurring revenue and workflow stickiness. For acquirers in legal tech, professional services, or enterprise software, Falcon offers a scalable platform with a differentiated compliance layer. The founding team's prior exit (Mbrella) and early customer traction (Loop Earplugs) provide validation. As AI adoption in legal services accelerates, Falcon could become a strategic target for firms seeking to automate contract workflows while maintaining legal accountability.
