Kazimi Raises €2.2M Pre-Seed for Privacy-Preserving Verification

Berlin-based cybersecurity startup Kazimi has raised €2.2 million in a Pre-Seed funding round. The round was led by Market One Capital, with participation from IBB Ventures and angel investors Petri Hyökyranta, Janne Peltola, and Erik Massmann. The funding was announced on August 24, 2026.

Kazimi is developing a privacy-preserving verification layer for mobile apps. The company's technology uses cryptographic signal-verification to distinguish real users from bots and automated traffic. This helps app developers protect their first-party marketing and analytics data from fraud.

The founding team previously built fraud-detection and security systems at Adjust, the Berlin mobile-analytics company acquired by AppLovin. Their experience in the mobile ecosystem positions Kazimi to address the growing challenge of bot traffic and data integrity.

With this Pre-Seed funding, Kazimi plans to further develop its verification technology and expand its reach to app developers seeking reliable user verification without compromising privacy.
