Treseder AI Raises $440K Seed for Adaptive Video Reliability

Treseder AI, a Baltimore-based startup building adaptive reliability software for real-time video and data streams, has raised $440,000 in a Seed round. The funding was disclosed on August 31, 2026. No lead investor was named, and the company did not list additional investors.

Founded in 2025 by CEO Alex Rudow and CTO Michael Rudow, Treseder AI develops ReliaPlay, an adaptive reliability layer that uses AI-tuned forward error correction (FEC) to keep video, audio, and telemetry stable over degraded or contested networks. The company targets defense and DDIL (denied, disrupted, intermittent, limited) environments, as well as physical-AI platforms such as drones, robots, and teleoperation systems.

According to the company, lab testing shows that ReliaPlay reduces video freezes by an order of magnitude compared to industry-standard FEC. Treseder AI is a registered US federal vendor.

The funding will support the continued development of its reliability technology and expansion into its target markets.
