HeyDiga Secures €5.5M Seed Round

HeyDiga, a Barcelona- and Madrid-based company building an AI operating system for business-customer conversations, has raised €5.5 million in Seed funding. The round was led by 6 Degrees Capital and included participation from Kfund, Decelera Ventures, Italian Founders Fund, Felipe Navío, and Juan Urdiales.

What HeyDiga Does

HeyDiga provides voice agents that handle phone, WhatsApp, and web chat around the clock in each brand's own tone. The platform books appointments, sends reminders, captures leads, and hands over to staff when needed. It ships as five industry-specific verticals:

• DigaLook for beauty
• DigaMotor for automotive
• DigaClinic for healthcare
• DigaFood for restaurants
• DigaLiving for real estate

The product integrates with the calendars, CRMs, and booking systems businesses already use.

Traction and Team

Founded in 2025 by David Zafra and Sergio Espeja, HeyDiga serves more than 200 businesses across Spain, France, and Italy from offices in Barcelona and Madrid.

Acquisition Angle

The Seed round provides capital to scale a multi-vertical AI conversation platform with existing European traction. For acquirers in customer experience, vertical SaaS, or AI automation, HeyDiga offers a ready-made operating system for business-customer interactions across five industries, a growing customer base, and a founding team with regional market presence.
