Fleetmule, a provider of AI-powered safety and DOT regulatory compliance for small and mid-sized US trucking carriers, has raised $500,000 in Pre-Seed funding. The round included participation from IT Park VC, Silkroad Innovation Hub, Astana Hub Ventures, and Silkroad Angels. No lead investor was disclosed.

What Fleetmule Does

Fleetmule uses AI agents to automate driver onboarding, background and driving-history checks, medical exam scheduling, permits, vehicle registration, and violation monitoring. These agents operate through the messaging channels clients already use, replacing the in-house compliance staff that most small fleets cannot afford.

Traction and Team

Founded in 2025 by Uzbek entrepreneurs, Fleetmule also operates Searchmule, a free carrier-intelligence tool that drives its organic customer acquisition.

Acquisition Angle

The Pre-Seed round positions Fleetmule to address a compliance gap in the fragmented small-carrier trucking market.
