Ascerta Raises $18M Series A Led by Dell Technologies Capital for Enterprise AI Management Platform
Ascerta Closes $18 Million Series A
Ascerta, an Enterprise AI Management platform, has raised an $18 million Series A round led by Dell Technologies Capital. Additional investors in the round include Wipro Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, and Benhamou Global Ventures.
The Bellevue, Washington-based company was founded in 2024 by Microsoft veterans and was formerly known as Pay-i.
What the Company Does
Ascerta helps companies measure, optimize, and scale the business value of their AI investments. Its platform connects AI cost, adoption, and performance to business outcomes — a problem set that has grown more urgent as enterprises deploy AI across multiple tools and vendors simultaneously.
Ascerta's product line consists of three offerings:
- Atlas
- Forge
- Convoy
Together, these products are designed to give enterprises visibility into how AI is being used, what it costs, and whether it is delivering measurable business results.
Integration Coverage
Ascerta's platform works across a range of major enterprise AI tools and agent platforms, including:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
- Salesforce Agentforce
- Major coding agents
This multi-vendor coverage reflects the reality of enterprise AI adoption: most organizations are not standardizing on a single AI provider, and managing cost and performance across a heterogeneous stack is a genuine operational challenge.
Customers
Ascerta counts Atos and Wipro among its customers. Wipro's presence as both a customer and an investor in the Series A is notable, as is the participation of Hitachi Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital — all three are strategic investors with deep enterprise IT exposure.
Why This Round Matters
Enterprise AI management is emerging as a distinct software category as AI spending scales inside large organizations. The core problem Ascerta addresses — linking AI cost, adoption, and performance to business outcomes — sits at the intersection of FinOps, observability, and AI governance.
The investor syndicate suggests strategic interest from the enterprise IT services and infrastructure ecosystem. Dell Technologies Capital, Wipro Ventures, and Hitachi Ventures each bring channel and enterprise relationships that could support Ascerta's go-to-market expansion.
