Aitan Raises $41M Series B for Robotic Warfare Platform

Aitan, a defense-technology company formerly known as eyesAtop, has raised $41 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from Deep33, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Benjamin Ling.

The company offers what it calls Robotic Sovereignty-as-a-Service: an operating platform for robotic and drone warfare that enables militaries to deploy, command, and sustain edge-AI weapon systems at scale, even under disrupted supply chains.

Aitan's systems have been in daily use by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security agencies since 2023, logging more than 500,000 combat hours. The company also won the joint tender to build the command-and-control platform for the IDF's next-generation attack-drone fleet.

Founded by Unit 8200 veterans and Tapingo co-founders Udi Oster and Daniel Almog, Aitan employs roughly 50 people. The company has offices in Ramat Gan, Israel, and a base in New Jersey, and is expanding toward European and Asian allied markets.

The new funding will support Aitan's growth as it scales its platform for allied militaries worldwide.
