Phantasma Labs Raises €2.6M Seed to Bring AI-Native Planning to Complex Factories
Phantasma Labs, a Berlin-based industrial AI company, has raised €2.6 million in a Seed round led by Jet Investment, with participation from Lighthouse Ventures and Momenta Ventures. The funding was announced on September 1, 2026.
What Phantasma Labs Does
Phantasma Labs builds an AI-native Advanced Planning and Scheduling (AiPS) platform designed for high-complexity, disruption-prone factories. The platform combines reinforcement learning with graph neural networks, trained in simulated digital-twin environments. This allows it to generate production plans in seconds and continuously replan as conditions change, without relying on the large historical datasets that legacy systems require.
The platform can work alongside existing ERP and MES systems or operate standalone.
Traction and Deployment
According to the company, Phantasma Labs has completed paid enterprise evaluations and deployments with manufacturers across the US, Europe, and Japan. It is now moving into broader rollout with Fortune 500 manufacturers.
Investors
The Seed round was led by Jet Investment, with participation from Lighthouse Ventures and Momenta Ventures. The specific use of funds was not disclosed, but the investment will support the company's expansion as it scales its platform.
