Zorit, formerly Bijnis and legally Bizcrum Infotech Pvt Ltd, is an Indian B2B quick-commerce company that delivers factory stock to independent fashion, footwear and lifestyle retailers in about 60 minutes from locally stocked dark stores. Founded in 2015 in Agra as a B2B factory-to-retailer marketplace, it rebuilt around an inventory-led dark-store model in late 2024 and reported about Rs 120 crore in annualised sales across a dozen dark-store cities around its October 2026 raise. The platform also gives participating factories direct access to retailer demand data and faster payment cycles.
