Guangzhou-based chip designer (Chinese name 奕行智能, English EVAS Intelligence) building full-stack RISC-V AI computing chips and platforms for intelligent vehicles, data centres and AI inference workloads. Its flagship Epoch series pairs a TPU-like compute fabric with the open-source RISC-V instruction set and natively supports FP8 as well as FP4 / MXFP4 low-precision formats, with the product matrix spanning chiplets, PCIe cards, servers and intelligent computing clusters. Founded in January 2022 by CEO Liu Hui — a 20-year semiconductor veteran who led product chip R&D at ZTE and was China GM of US ASIC firm eSilicon — the company was seeded by GAC Capital and has since pulled in strategic capital from Beijing's municipal industrial-upgrade funds.
