XRlabs is a London-based surgical technology company founded by practicing neurosurgeon Dr. Ali Haddad that builds AI-powered surgical intelligence software. Its device-agnostic platform runs as an external AI layer across the equipment hospitals already own, using computer vision and deep learning to fuse live surgical video, navigation data and pre-operative CT and MRI scans into a single, anatomy-aware view for the surgical team. Its technology has been used in more than 100 surgical cases across three continents and spans SurgicalOS, a real-time intraoperative co-pilot in development, and XRlabs SIM, an XR surgical planning tool named among the Best Inventions of 2025 by TIME.
