Wyre AI is an AI-powered preconstruction risk-management platform for the construction industry. Its two products, Wyre Scopes and Wyre Check, read complete sets of drawings and specifications, turn them into structured trade-specific scope packages, and flag gaps, contradictions and clashes before bids go out, with traceable references back to the source documents. Founded by Sunil Dorairajan, who previously co-founded construction-software firm Pype (acquired by Autodesk in 2020), the company reports its platform has analyzed more than 250 projects representing over $3 billion in project value, with contractors including DPR Construction, BE&K and Rycon Construction among its users and pilot customers.
