Vasco

Vasco is a Bordeaux-based financing company founded in 2023 that funds home renovation without bank loans. Through an ESUS-certified solidarity property fund (foncière) financed by roughly 500 private savers, it pays for works such as energy upgrades, roofing or aging-in-place adaptations in exchange for a share of the property, repaid when the owner sells or buys back the stake. The company reached financial break-even in early 2026 with around one hundred renovation projects financed and targets 1,000 renovations per year by 2030.
