Vantora, formerly known as UP.Labs, is a venture builder that creates AI-native operating companies inside large industrial enterprises. Teams of seasoned founders and AI engineers embed with partners such as Porsche, Alaska Airlines, J.B. Hunt, Wabash and TDG to identify high-value operational problems and build ventures under a model it calls Sovereign AI, in which the corporate partner invests, serves as first customer and can eventually own the company outright. Founded in 2022 by CEO John Kuolt, the previously bootstrapped company has launched 17 ventures, targets 20 by the end of 2026, and grew revenue 79% year over year.
