Its cloud-native, mobile-first platform lets borrowers make payments, manage escrow and navigate forbearance without call centers, while lenders get real-time API feeds on loan performance — positioning Valon as a software challenger to incumbent servicing technology like Black Knight. Approved by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the FHA, it became the first fintech mortgage servicer cleared by all GSEs, servicing loans across the United States.
