Tusk IC is a fabless semiconductor company spun out of the MICAS research group at KU Leuven and based in Antwerp, Belgium. It designs millimeter-wave CMOS chips and active antenna modules for Ka-band satellite communications, including beamformer ICs and modular antenna elements for low-cost electronically steered flat-panel antennas used with LEO and MEO constellations. Active since 2018, the company serves satellite-communications equipment makers and has been backed by the European Space Agency through its ARTES programme.
