Talent Nation is a Lagos-based talent platform that trains, certifies and places African AI engineers with businesses at home and abroad. Its tuition-free Learn2Earn academy selects fewer than 3% of applicants — over 63,000 applications and roughly 1,400 fellows across nine Nigerian campuses — and supplies graduates as project teams, embedded engineers, direct hires and interns, with hiring companies covering the training costs. The company was co-founded by CEO Kesiah Valkin and Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, the co-founder of Andela and Flutterwave.
