Svepreg AB is a Swedish forest-technology startup based in Sorvik, Dalarna, developing the ikorni system, which combines cameras, sensors, machine learning and positioning to measure roundwood automatically on timber trucks as the load is stacked in the forest. By moving measurement to the point of loading, it aims to give forest owners, hauliers and mills earlier, more accurate and more traceable timber data along the value chain. The company has run a pilot with state-owned Sveaskog and reference measurements from Biometria, and has been supported by the Dalarna Science Park incubator, the Sting Bioeconomy accelerator, EU funds, Region Dalarna and Vinnova.
