The company was founded by Will Sealy (formerly of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), Paul Joo, and Vincent Tran, raised a $10M Series A led by QED Investors in 2019 and a $9M round led by Rebalance Capital and SemperVirens in 2024, and counts SoFi co-founder Dan Macklin as its President.
