Spout Finance is a Solana-based lending protocol on which users borrow stablecoins against tokenized US equities at a flat 50% loan-to-value ratio and 0% interest. Lender yield is funded by a systematic weekly covered-call strategy written against the pledged shares rather than by a rate spread charged to borrowers. Co-founded by CEO Marc Ryan, the team is building a credit layer that issuers, exchanges and wallets can plug into, and runs a beta on Solana Devnet ahead of its mainnet launch.
