Split Pay - the consumer brand of Visible Ideas Inc., formerly Rent App - is a US fintech that splits large recurring bills such as rent, mortgage, car payments and student loans into two payments aligned with paychecks: the customer pays the full bill on the due date while Split Pay floats up to 50% of it for up to 30 days, charging a flat monthly subscription plus a small percentage fee with no interest or late fees. Its Lens AI underwriting model reads real-time cash flow and stability signals instead of traditional credit scores, which the company says expanded approvals to thinner-file customers without raising loss rates. Co-founder and CEO Andrew Borovsky is a former Block/Cash App executive; the company claims around one million members, has split more than $1B in bills, and is preparing a Visa credit card.
